• Use the Service for any commercial purpose outside of managing your activity center
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the Service
• Transfer the Service to another person or entity

3. Service Description

ActivityHub provides a cloud-based platform for managing activity centers, including but not limited to student management, fee collection, attendance tracking, and parent communication.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By providing payment information, you:

• Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan
• Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Data and Privacy
